Your /administrator area is not redirecting to the front-end of the site, all I'm getting when accessing either provided URL in your OP is Akeeba Kickstart launch page. Are you trying to restore your site?
I would remove kickstart.php immediately!
(if you have recently restored your site with Akeeba Kickstart, you haven't removed kickstart.php and the /installation directory).
