Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Re: Moving from 3.10.12 to 4 and ultimately 5.0.3

Following the advice of AFTER updating I have removed the extensions.

I have one last extension that I do not know how to deal with and ANY guidance would be appreciated. So I will explain what I did years ago.

When I updated the Joomla years ago, I utilized the Joomla Monster EF4 Framework extension and subsequently created the site's template using the JM-Services template for site creation. The site has ran wonderful and has been a great comfort without giving any errors.

NOW Joomla Monster has indicated that the EF framework extension will NOT be made J4/5 compliant which means, of course, that the framework will need to be removed.

ANY ONE have ideas and/or suggestion on the PROPER way to approach this? Remove the templates first? then the framework? OR is there something else that needs to be done for the CORRECT removal?

BJ
