Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Failed Joomla update

Attempted to install a Joomla update. Going from version 3.10.12 to Joomla 4.4.3. I completed the pre-install checks and resovled any errors showing. We are unable to access the site after the upgrade. I'm able to login to the Admin page, but I'm not able to go to any other section really. When I try to browse to System/Extensions, I receive an error saying: An error has occurred. Call to undefined method Joomla\Database\Mysqli\MysqliDriver::query(). This happens when clicking on just about every menu item in Admin. When browsing to the website, it gives the error that the page cannot be found and provides the same error above to report to the website admin. Looking at the joomla_update.php file, everything appears to have went ok until the very end. All of the sql commands completed without error. Here are the error messages I see in the log:

I'm NOT a website admin nor am I a website admin wannabe. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
